Losing your direction doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a process that happens slowly and over time. Your life gradually becomes routine and you get unhappier by the day. It creeps up on you so slowly that you don’t even notice it. It’s like living in a fog where you can’t even see your hands, and not being able to remember the last time you could.

Sometimes, you question why you are living in this world and you are curious about your purpose. It may be frustrating at times, but you should overcome it! You should start on appreciating the world and find out your real purpose. In that way, you can make an impact in this world! Knowing your purpose will make you feel good about yourself, which will motivate you to become a good member of your society by helping other people. Of course, you also need to reward yourself after a stressful day of hard work by doing what you love. In the first place, you live only once and you will never know when you will be existing. You don’t have to settle into a mediocre life.

There are many people who are hopeless because they don’t know their direction. That is why if you found your purpose, you should also help other people. You also need to make them realize that they should be positive. The internet is the best place to inform a large population all throughout the globe. In order to be an effective motivator, you can attend internships digital marketing.

Your life lacks direction, so your day to day decisions seem unimportant because they don’t lead you anywhere. And when you finally hit a mental bottom, you may not even realize it. You know that something is wrong, but you don’t know what it is.

Well, the problem is that you have lost your meaning and purpose. Meaning and purpose is the engine that drives your life.

So how do you know that you have lost direction?

Here are 8 warning signs…

  1. you are sleeping too much
  2. you are gaining weight
  3. you are bored out of your mind
  4. you lack energy
  5. you are not happy
  6. you can’t sleep
  7. you are constantly stressed
  8. you are thinking about suicide

So how do you go about finding meaning and purpose again?

I’m glad you asked…

allaboutlife.com has been 12 years in the making. I registered this domain name in 1998. But I’ve been busy since then: building a business, traveling around the world, and falling in and out of love. But this idea about (understanding) life has been a recurring theme to me. It keeps coming back time and time again. Actually, its been recurring since I was 15 years old. And the older i get, the more important it becomes.

When i was in my 30′s I spent several years researching this subject. Reading, studying and writing. The most important thing I discovered was that there is no single magic bullet. That understanding and enjoying your life is a process that can be broken down into small goals that you can accomplished one step at a time. And pretty soon your life is rolling along in a new and exciting direction again.

I’m at a calm period in my life right now. That’s because I have lost my direction again. This is to be expected because I have recently accomplished some important lifetime goals. So now I have to renew my meaning and purpose in life, which will in turn show me a new direction. This blog represents both a means and an end to me. It’s a means for me to rediscover my direction again, and it’s an end in its self. To finally make allaboutlife.com a reality.

So, hello and welcome to my journey…
